Every year, lakhs of Indian students choose a course because of marks, peer pressure, or what an uncle said. We exist to replace that with a structured, evidence-based conversation — and to make it free, so a family’s financial situation never gets in the way of good guidance.
School counsellors are still a privilege in this country. We want to close that gap with a hybrid model — free online assessments at scale, paired with deeply human, in-person counselling for those who choose to enrol with us. The goal: a generation of students who chose their path, instead of falling into it.

The career test, the report, the counselling call, the campus shortlist — free for every student. We earn only from partner colleges, and only when the fit is right.
Our counsellors are trilingual on average. We share parent-friendly summaries, and we slow down on the call when an anxious mother needs to ask the same question twice.
We deliberately cap each counsellor at 80 active students. When we hit the ceiling, we hire — not assign more cases to existing staff. Quality of conversation is non-negotiable.

We hit 1,000 admissions across 22 partner institutes — the first year we paid every counsellor a fixed salary instead of commission.
Built our first proprietary psychometric in collaboration with a Hyderabad-based psychologist. 1,800 students took it in year one.
Joined by two senior education leaders. Streams expanded into Allied Health, Logistics and Architecture.
UK, Australia, Canada and EU partnerships go live. First batch of 96 students leaves for international universities.
